I have lots of excuses for eating poorly throughout the year. There’s my comfort foods in winter, chocolate at Valentine’s, a big meal and candy at Easter, frozen drinks in the summer, pumpkin pie in the Fall, and let’s not forget the endless eating at the Christmas holidays. So I try to balance all of my indulging by eating a good deal of salads, and fresh veggies and fruits. But it can be hard to get enough of the good stuff in! I did a lot of reading on healthy habits and nutrition and that’s when I got hooked on juicing for health.
