try to eat healthy foods most of the time – lots of fruits and whole grains, lean meats, salads and fresh veggies. But I do eat some of the more unhealthy foods from time to time, I can’t help it. Sometimes I simply crave the stuff that is bad for me once in awhile, and since I do eat well for the most part, I figure there’s noting wrong with that. Some of my favorite rare treats include French fries, fried clams, and fried chicken. When it comes to good fried foods, nothing quite compares to the taste and texture of foods made at home. Since I don’t make deep fry often, I don’t really need one of the larger electric deep fryers. Instead, I chose to buy the Paula Deen Signature Stainless Steel Deep Fryer Set for use on my stove top.
This attractive four quart deep fryer includes a basket insert and a matching stainless steel lid. Since the pot features a full cap aluminum and copper base, the oil heats up quickly and cooks evenly too. This quality pot comes with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. This lovely pot is the first piece of Paula Deen Cookware that I’ve purchased, but it won’t be my last.
