Over the years my wife has told me about a thousand times not to track dirt and grim into the house and while I really have tried not to, I end up bringing something that should have been left out of doors onto the rug. Then last year she bought me a boot scrapper for her birthday. That’s right, you saw it correctly. It’s been a great asset to my quest of getting mud and muck off of my boots before I go into the house and I can dare say that this little scrapper has saved my marriage and is a lot less expensive then adding on a mud room to the house.
I was able to buy my lovely bride a set of oval nesting cauldrons that now sit outside on the stairs to hide the scrapper from view and keep our front porch in tip top shape. All in all it has been a winning situation for both of us and our yard and house looks even prettier for the effort. Using these types of items to make your life easier and less stressful is a good thing!
