I’ve been using up ripe bananas in bread for some time now and have never come across a recipe like this one. This is by far the Best Banana Bread recipe I’ve tried. I don’t know why I never thought of adding orange juice and zest to my bread before. It makes sense that they go together because, if you slice a banana, you can squeeze a little orange juice over the slices to keep them from browning so fast.
